Rent ranges: 1 bedrooms ranging from $1070 to $1220 / 2 bedrooms ranging from $1465 to $1625

Utilities: All homes have individual electricity meters so that you can reap the rewards of your thoughtful consumption.

Lease terms available: 9 – 15 months

Application Fees: $42 per resident over 18 years of age

Deposits: $750 Total. $500 is refundable when we wish you well in your next move and your home has been well cared for. $250 is non-refundable. Ask us about our "No Security Deposit Program," which will help you save hundreds of dollars on move-in costs!

Pets: Four-legged creatures need a good home too....and they find one here. Up to two cats or dogs (or one dog who likes felines and one cat) per home are welcome. We do not have size restrictions, so feel free to bring your Great Dane, but some breed restrictions do apply.

While we know that most pets are upstanding citizens, we do have a pet deposit of $500 plus a non-refundable fee of $250.
